WORK WITH A PROFESSIONAL MODEL

For this workshop we have the wonderful Maria Marinova modelling for us. She is a Russian photographer/model and is an absolute joy to work with. There are a lot of benefits working with a professional model as you learn your trade. It is a lot easier to communicate your ideas and have them interpret those ideas into poses for your photos. There is no where else you will get to photograph a professional model for just $20.

HOW DOES IT WORK ?

The workshop runs for 2 hours and this time will consist of learning new techniques and implementing them in real time whilst photographing a model. Ashley Smith will be leading the workshop and teaching the exact framework he uses in his professional career as a Commercial Photographer. He will demonstrate his creative process that he uses in the real world to get the most out of his camera, the model he is working with and the location he is shooting in. The workshop takes place in an outdoor setting allowing us plenty of room to photograph in so no-one gets in each others way.

The workshop will be held in the Royal Botanical Gardens in Sydney on the 3rd October and run from 12pm until 2pm . This is an amazing location that has multiple shooting spots with the colours changing all year round. The gardens will allow us to comfortably roam around shooting a model in multiple different scenarios.
